Add Folders download and use instructions are
here.We have identified two
common problems with the Add Folders Utility.
Problem - User gets ""class not
registered" "you need the following file to be installed on your machine.
MSSTDFMT.DLL" message.
Resolution
1 - If you already have an MSSTDFMT.DLL file
in your Windows System folder, DO NOT do this step. Download the
MSSTDFMT.DLL file here and place it in
your Windows System Folder (e.g., "c:\winnt\system32").
2 - Reboot your computer.
3 - Register the DLL by going to Start | Run
and typing in "regsvr32 msstdfmt.dll".
Problem - The Add Folders Utility
fails after adding some but not all of the folders.
Resolution - There is not currently a
resolution for this.
