Our Web Host moved our web site recently, changing our IP address.
This messed up the validation process. If you can't validate, please
take the following steps:1 - You must download a new program from
http://www.debry.com/Install/SpyGlassSetup202.exe.
2 - Install the new program by executing the above EXE.
3 - In SpyGlass, go to Tools | SpyGlass Options and make sure the Serial
Number is correct and that the IP address is 64.226.37.136.
4 - Press Validate.
Sorry for the inconvenience and let us know if you have any further
problems.
NOTE: The purchase of SpyGlass gives you the license to use the program
on one computer. As a convenience for our users, the validation
will actually let you use it on two computers (say, a work computer and a
laptop). Beyond that, you need to buy additional licenses. Thank
